Pure Plant Protein — Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Pure Plant Protein! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else's referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
You might or might not be assigned a coupon code — details and usage will be clarified on your Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote one.
You may advertise our website on online channels such as Facebook and Instagram, or through offline channels like classified ads, magazines, and newspapers, subject to the restrictions in Clauses 8 and 9 below.
3. Commissions and Payment
When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission calculated based on the Commission structure. Commission is based on order value and excludes additional fees such as tax and shipping.
To receive a commission, you must specify your payment details under Settings. Payment schedule details will be provided on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be made for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives us the right to review every referral order. Commission status is displayed in the Commission tab; paid commissions are listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional media — such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions — through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or copy the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, you can invite others to become your downline affiliates. If any downline affiliate generates an order on our store, you will also earn a network commission, as determined by merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates, share your network link. Any affiliate who clicks that link and signs up will become your downline affiliate.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track customers who have clicked on your link. Customers must have cookies enabled for us to track their activity. If a customer does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we are unable to track them and cannot pay commissions on their activity.
The cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate registration form. Tracking begins from the moment a customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie window, every order that customer places on our website will automatically generate a commission for you — they do not need to click your link again.
7. Removal from the Affiliate Program
If you wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program, please contact us at hello@ppprotein.com.au.
8. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Search Engine Marketing Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords — including but not limited to "Pure Plant Protein", "PP Protein", "ppprotein.com.au", or any variations or misspellings thereof — on any search engine, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
You must not direct-link to our website from search engine ads, use our domain name as a display URL, impersonate our official brand in ad copy, or create any advertisement that could lead a consumer to believe they are clicking through to the official Pure Plant Protein website.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all pending or unpaid commissions.
9. Coupon, Cashback, and Discount Sites
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting our brand, products, or affiliate links on coupon aggregator websites, cashback portals, or browser discount extensions (including but not limited to Honey, RetailMeNot, and Knoji) without prior written approval from us.
We reserve the right to reverse and deny commissions generated through unauthorised coupon hijacking, cart interception, or non-incremental traffic.
